Motion Design - title sequence: "Eraserhead"

For this project we have to create a title sequence for a film. This can be an adaptation of a book or short story, a re-imagining of an existing film or tv series or an imaginary bio-pic for someone famous. The title sequence should be predominantly typographic but can also include moving or static textures, geometric shapes & lines but no images. It should also include sound / music.

The duration should be exactly 60 seconds (1500 frames, 25fps), and in 16x9 format (1920x1080px).

The title sequence must include:

1. Title

2. Author credit

3. Screenplay Writer credit

4. Director credit

5. Producer / Production Company credit

6. Starring actor credits (with character names)

7. Supporting actor credits (with or without character names)

8. Music composer credit

9. Costume designer credit

10. Title sequence designer credit

11. & any other information I wish to add
